How do the sheets work?

Drop one sheet in the bottle, fill with warm water, and give it a shake. It dissolves into a full 300ml of multi-surface cleaner. One pack of 4 sheets makes 4 bottles.

Which surfaces can I use it on?

Kitchen worktops, glass, mirrors, tiles, painted wood, stainless steel and sealed surfaces around the home. As with any cleaner, spot-test delicate or unsealed surfaces (like natural stone or bare wood) somewhere hidden first.

What comes in each kit?

Starter: 1 refill pack, 1 glass bottle and 1 cloth. Whole Home: 2 packs, 2 bottles and 2 cloths, so the kitchen and bathroom each keep their own. Annual: 6 packs delivered once a year, with 2 bottles and 2 cloths. Bottles and cloths are free in every kit.

Do I have to use the Dip bottle?

No. Any 300ml spray bottle works; ours is just nicer to hold, refillable forever, and free with your kit.

Did not clean properly - very disappointing results

Really disappointed with these dishwasher sheets. I bought them because they were advertised as non-toxic and had great reviews, but they simply don’t work for me. After using them, my mugs still had tea and coffee stains, and my glasses and cutlery came out with residue and no shine. I regularly clean my dishwasher filters and spray arms and did so again just to see if the results would be better. I even tried using a full sheet as advised by Dip, but the results were exactly the same. Each occasion I’ve had to rewash everything by hand, which completely defeats the purpose. Unfortunately, I won’t be continuing my subscription and I’m reluctant to try their other products.

I found the two products I used really…

I found the two products I used really good. The laundry sheets were generally good and my washing was washed clean. Didn’t totally clean.very dirty washing ie my son is a tree surgeon and there isn’t much that will totally clean it! On general washing it was the best I have tried. The multi surface sheets are easy to use and clean well on all my kitchen surfaces. Going to try it on the bathroom surfaces next. The support and advice has been good and any queries answered promptly. Overall very good products.

Generally happy

Very happy with laundry cleaning and work surface cleaner products, packaging is minimal and products are very nice to use. Laundry products have no strong perfume smells and wash clothes well. Dish washing product, I have been disappointed with. I contacted Dip and I've been sent an additional pack to double up on sheets when setting dishwasher going, however this still does not do the job very well. My cups are left stained and still food deposits left on plates.

I love using Dip products

I love using Dip products. I use the Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets in Fresh Linen scent, which cleans clothes and has a subtle scent. I also use the Multi-Purpose Cleaning sheets, so simple to use: drop a sheet into the refillable glass bottle, add water, and you're good to go. I use this to clean all surfaces including glass and wood, and it works really well. I really like the eco friendly products that are good for the planet, and good for my home

Pros and cons to dip products! Overall positive 3.5 stars!

I do like Dip products... I have the laundry sheets, the dishwasher and the counter spray ones. The smell is nice and the laundry and counter top cleaner are great. I'm not as impressed with the performance of the dishwasher sheets as I often get residue on the dishes and the cups are now really stained, but I guess there has to be some compromise for the lack of nasty chemicals! One thing I don't understand is why my recent order of laundry sheets (about the size of a large envelope) cane packed in a much bigger box with lots of paper packing ! Surely this defeats the object. Why can't they just be addressed as they are?

Love all three products

Love all three products. The dishwasher and laundry sheets work very well. They take no space to store and you can take when travelling too. Multi spray is also a great product and the bottle (though quite small) is nice too. Please can we have some more products!

Love the idea. The cleaning spray and bottle are brilliant. Sadly the laundry detergent is not strong enough. After 30 washes clothes wete smelling and still dirty and the washing machine was smelling too. Not keen on the dishwasher tablets too gone back to my usual brand

Dip is a fantastic product to use - from their washing powder sheets to dishwasher sheets and then the cleaning sheets to add to water. Everything smells fresh and it's great just to know one isn't adding any more toxins into your body/clothes Their delivery service is great too; I'd run out early but their text to check the next delivery date, allowed me to bring it forward and not resort to a less standard, sustainable product.

Eco and better for health

I love that they are eco and safe for the body as I have thyroid issue which when you research can be caused by all sorts of cleaning nasties amongst other things. The laundry sheets are great, had occasional one that doesn't dissolve, so often dissolve in water first. The dishwasher sheets are pretty good, occasional poor wash but can't work out why. Love the cleaning spray sheets and the fabric conditioner sheets. All smell nice and love the paper packaging. Overall I have continued my subscription which is also easy to edit when you want some things and don't need others.

Laundry, cleaning & dishwasher sheets

Your laundry & cleaning sheets are good. However there aren't enough cleaning sheets in a pack for those of us with washable floors & ordering more makes cleaning floors expensive. However it is a very good work surface cleaner. Having followed all of your recommendations regarding using dishwasher sheets I still find that they struggle with dried on food and tea stains etc. If the crockery & cutlery is rinsed before it goes into the dishwasher then it comes out clean. I still struggle to get my lovely s/s pans to come out shining as they did before I started using Dip sheets.

Love these products, and good to know not using harsh chemicals. I bought the bundle to begin with, and glad I did each product is fab, the spray bottle cloth and sheets so easy to use and good quality. Dishwasher sheets are great, again easy to use and very mild fragrance and cleans dishes well. Laundry sheets I love them, my clothes feel cleaner and I love they include fabric conditioner and stain removal. Also, I had an issue with an order not arriving recently, excellent customer service as order was express delivered to me this morning!

I really like the eco laundry sheets & the multi-purpose cleaning sheets which give a great cleaning result. I also tried the dishwasher sheets but found that some of my dishes weren't being cleaned thoroughly, even though I was also rinsing before putting them in dishwasher. Dip starter set…Generally great! - Dishwasher sheets poor

I purchased the Dip starter set recently. I am genuinely surprised at the ease of use, quality of the clothes wash after using the wash and conditioner sheets. Very happy. Have reordered. However reduced to 4* instead of 5* as I was very disappointed with the dishwasher sheets. The coffee & tea cups were still stained and the general cleanliness of the whole wash was poor. I did complete a second cycle using 2 sheets however the outcome was the same. Will continue to use the clothes wash and conditioner sheets along with household/kitchen spray as I found these worked really well and I'm happy that I'm reducing packaging, reducing chemicals in my home environment and supporting sustainability.

Dip sheets for life

I love dip sheets. They are chemical free which is what I wanted, so easy to use. Transitioning from the usual products because they smell so nice has been easy because of how nice they smell and with the subscription makes life easy. I also found that I was out of dish soap and one dip dishwasher sheet did a load of dishes. The detergent sheets melted onto pasta sauce from my one year old granddaughter disappeared from her cream clothes. Fresh laundry and multiple uses. I also love the cleaning spray. Gentle on wood and glass without the toxic phalates with a nice fresh smell. Delivery is fast and reliable.

Not only do the cleaning sheets not…

Not only do the cleaning sheets not perform very well, average at best. The conditioner sheets don't give any noticeable scent at all. Whilst i appreciate this may be my fault for not reading in full the fine print but I also did not realise or want a recurring monthly subscription, and only found out when trying to track the charge and emails in the junk folder. Fuming, as I only wanted to try the product once to ascertain if its worth buying again in future and frankly it isnt!.

Dip products work

Dip products work. After trying a number of non toxic products that gave less than satisfactory results, I decided to try one last time to find an eco friendly, safe cleaning product before resigning myself to going back to the ‘bad’ stuff. I’m so glad I gave it one more go. I use Dip products in the dishwasher, washing machine and for cleaning. No plastic, reusable glass bottle for cleaning spray and cartons for the rest. I’m delighted. I’ve found a safe way to clean dishes and clothes and won’t be going back.

I love the laundry sheets and will…

I love the laundry sheets and will continue to use them. The dishwasher sheets I haven’t tried yet but I am very happy with my current smol tablets so unless they’re better than smol I won’t swap. I tried the general cleaning spray. It’s ok in its job, I mean it’s basically water, but I prefer the smell of another similar product . I was disappointed to receive my laundry sheets in a box with packaging paper inside though- seriously - they come in a flat packet that could be posted through the letterbox. I do not understand the logic for an eco brand to use so much packaging when it’s not needed?

Love these products, I currently use the clothes washing sheets, dishwasher sheets and multi purpose spray. I wouldn’t use anything else. Sometimes the delivery can take longer than I’d like but the subscription portal makes it easy for you to send the items early or whenever you are in need.

Mixed results at the start

I really liked the concept behind Dip so wanted to get the sampler kit. Website was a bit tricky but after a few times, I succeeded in getting an order (without overpaying for 3 kits). Was keen to try the dishwasher and this was my first product tested. Strangely the dishes were only half clean so unsure what happened. I did a 2nd test - this time tearing the sheet and placing one half in the upper tray and another in the tablet slot and it went ok. However we saw a thin white sheen of "sediment" in a few cups. Multi-surface spray is good and I like the bottle.

Great products that do the job and smell great!

The dishwasher sheets are terrible

The dishwasher sheets are terrible, residue left on pans and plates. Have to re wash with normal tablets each time we have tried them. Washing sheets are ok but laundry does not smell dress and the same for the counter spray, works ok but can’t handle tough residue or oil and leave no fresh scent. Trying to cancel my subscription is also really difficult so I would be wary of taking up any offers again as it’s so hard to get out of

Love the dip products, I wanted a non toxic and plastic free solution for using the dishwasher and saw dip was #1 in a 2026 product review. I switched and haven't looked back! I discovered Dip on social media- looking for something more eco friendly and different. The plastic thing worried me and i had been looking at ingredients in my normal products. The products are great, they clean as well as any other dishwasher/washing machine/cleaning spray, and take up so much less space. Very easy to use.

Great products. I thought I’d be compromising on quality but they do an amazing job. I ordered all purpose cleaning sheets, fabric conditioners, dishwasher sheets, and detergent sheets and they’re all genuinely brilliant. Will be reordering for sure.

Waste of money. Dishwasher sheets do not work.

I’ve just bought the bundle which includes the laundry detergent, surface spray and dish washing sheets. Dishwashing sheets a total waste of money! Does not clean properly! Chopping board still had orange stains from tomatoes and cups and teaspoons still had tea and coffee marks on them!

My search continues unfortunately...

Sadly, despite willing this to finally be an environmentally friendly product that works... the dishwasher sheets do not shift tea stains on mugs or teaspoons, and also does not shift porridge off spoons and bowls. The surface spray is a bit too fragrant (a bit like when you visit your grandma's house) and is not neutral enough for food environments. The spray bottle is brilliant.. just a bit small. But much better than the plastic smol bottles! The jury is still out on the laundry products. But having tried Smol I'm sticking with their surface and bathroom spray tablets with biodegradable packaging. Homethings were also a let down. The search continues...

I’ve been using Dip dishwasher, cleaning spray and washing machine products for 6 months now and they’re amazing. The sheets are so easy to use and also don’t take up much space to store - win win. After our first pack arrived we were…

After our first pack arrived we were excited to see how they would work, they washed great, but unfortunately lots of sheets stuck together meaning we couldn't use those ones. I sent an email and the service could not have been any better. They apologised and immediately sent out a new pack which was perfect. We have been using them ever since for laundry, dishwasher and the spray bottle for work tops. Love it!. Thanks DIP!

I have used ECOVER products for…

I have used ECOVER products for household cleaning for many years buying bulk and refilling , from handwashing, toilet cleaner , washing up , all purpose cleaning and laundry . About 3 months ago having seen the ‘DIP’ advert and the fact that there was no plastic waste at all I decided to give it a try .The sheets dissolve and there is only the small cardboard container to recycle , no drips , no residual waste leftover AND the wash is EXCELLENT!. I still use ECOVER and vary the wash (possible out of habit) but I strongly recommend DIP . I was surprised how good it was on white towels and sheets and the fragrance is really fresh .

Very disappointed

Love the brand for attempting to present an alternative to unhealthy cleaning products. However I found both the laundry cleaning sheets and the dishwasher sheets a total waste of money as they simply did not clean. Mugs in particular were left stained and clothes needed rewashing. I was disappointed in the lack of appropriate response from the company. Ultimately cleaning products need to clean and these didn’t do so for me. Also I had inadvertently signed up for subscription although the company did attend to this promptly.

Dip laundry detergent sheets

Dip laundry detergent sheets seem to wash well and leave no residue. The smell is fresh but not overpowering. My washing smells like I remember as a child. My partner has really sensitive skin so I'm hoping these will help him with that. I've also got the dishwasher sheets and spray cleaning sheets. Those aren't as good as the laundry sheets for tea stained cups but seem to wash everything else ok

Ordering was easy and delivery quick. So far I’ve used the dishwasher sheets and am amazed at how effective they are and no chemical smell/residue on dishes. The counter cleaner is also amazing and great for cleaning spills and grease on my AGA cooker (has taken off burnt on marks other cleaners didn’t). I have used the laundry sheets and am happy with them so far but to be honest I’ve only washed lightly soiled or items that needed freshening. If the other products are anything to go by, I’m sure stains and marks won’t be an issue. 5 stars so far ⭐️

Love these products

I’m using the extra sensitive laundry sheets and it’s so nice to be done with all the gunk in the previous popular brands we were using. My skin is happy! I’m also using the multi purpose spray and dish sheets - so so happy with this brand and will be continuing the subscription.
